Septic System Installation on a Limited Lot

Retaining Wall Supported Septic Installation in High Water Table Conditions

This project involved installing a septic system on a very small lot with an extremely high water table, which created several space and drainage challenges from the start. With limited usable area available, careful planning and precise execution were required to make the system fit while still meeting site and performance requirements.

To overcome these constraints, we installed retaining walls around the septic system to create the necessary grade and maximize the available footprint. The retaining walls allowed us to contain fill material, manage elevation changes, and maintain proper separation from groundwater despite the tight layout. This approach made it possible to safely install the septic system without sacrificing long term stability or functionality.

By working within the site limitations and using engineered solutions, we were able to deliver a septic system that performs reliably and makes full use of the limited space available on the property.
